measurements discrepency

Ok so I've lost over 80 lbs since June. I weigh and measure every two weeks (on Sunday or Monday, since I don't go to the gym on weekends normally). All my measurements have been going down, but my neck circumference has gone up nearly a full inch. Neck bloat? I never had a fat neck even when I was really fat though. I got lucky there. My veins pop out in my neck now though, so that looks kinda cool.
