Hello,

I have gained during the holidays....how much is up and down, but im ready to jump back in. I weigh 160 pounds. I want to weigh 130 pounds. I want to wear a bikini in 2012. I want to eat less sugar, exercise more, and stop stressing my weight. I want to CHANGE! I want to do this now. So here is the challenge: Lose 30 pounds by the 4th of July. Do you want to join? I will create a group and a spreadsheet today. Which means, if you want to join you have to giving me your starting weight today. Not on Jan 1st...today. Im ready, are you?

    I'm in! This is exactly my weight loss goal for the moment. I had lost almost 30 pounds 2 years ago, and regained all of it during this past year. I am anxious to be where I had left off!

    Starting weight: 174 pounds
    Current weight: 172 pounds
    Goal weight: 144 pounds

    Latoya! I've missed you, and all of my mommies. I'm in for the challenge but as you know I wont really be doing much till im done nursing, which will hopfully be in the next 2 months. Santa aka Mrs Lindsay Wilson, got me ripped in 30 and some heavier weights! =] my plan is to let my milk dry, shred again, then do ripped. =] I am a bridesmaid in July & a matron of honor in august so this challenge will end just in time! my goal is to lose 20 more lbs.
