Blue cheese. And yes, it is healthy. Just watch your portions like everything else.

raspberry vinagarette, but....Now i use a Mrs Dash citrus salad topping with red wine vinegar and some lemon juice. Very yummy especially on chicken salad!
  • We use this Himalayan Hot Garlic sauce on our salads sometimes. It makes them nice and spicy - and is very different to bog standard mayo.

Also like Hellmans Honey and Mustard.

Lately I've been digging Wishbone's Mediterranean Italian Dressing. Pretty tasty stuff. Sometimes I just make a homemade vinaigrette though.

If I need calories (I'm bulking) it's Litehouse Blue Cheese. If I'm okay with calories it's the Red Wine Vinaigrette or the Manzelli's (sp?) vinaigrette. Both brands are found in the refrigerated salad section, have no preservatives and are made with canola oil and they taste great because of it.
  • Kraft Lite Asian Sesame

I make my own (I like spicy foods)

    1 c natural rice vinegar
    2 tbsp light olive oil
    1 tbsp crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp parsely
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp ideal granulated sweetener
  • My favorite is ceasar. Even better if it's homemade. I haven't "healthed" this up yet, but I do watch my portions of it, 2T max.
