I not feeling great after eating and drinking,

Don't get me wrong, I didn't go bonkers, but I did eat a Christmas meal, with roast potatoes etc, and Christmas pudding. I drank heaps less that I would usually, but I feel all out of sorts and uncomfortable, looking forward to eating what has become the 'normal' lower calorie foods... am not interested in the box of chocs etc...just had a little shortbread...but I just feel hungover!

Going to weigh tomorrow, nice long walk, and back to logging calories.... feel relieved!
