For ladies with large....ummm "girls"

I need help! I cant seem to find a sports bra that does enough containing... I am starting to jog and it is really hurt.... I am looking for suggestion on how to work with the ample-ness while trying to get fit! ( am also a late night runner because I don't want people to see the fat girl running!)

Lululemon has a really good compression bra that contains well the cross my heart sports bra! I love it!

It may be worth your while (and money) to go to an actual ladies' underwear store and get fitted for a sports bra. It will certainly cost more than anything you can find at the local Wally World, but just knowing the size and qualities you need to look for in future sports bras could be priceless. Also, as you lose weight, the girls may just show that loss sooner than the rest of you
