All Exercises, Im down for!!

I love all exercises!! I play Tennis, kickball, football. I cycle and I love playing Basketball! I feel as though you have to have different exercises in order to stay motivated. I get bored doing the same exercises. I love anyone that can challenge me. I used to weigh 252lbs, and now I am down to 195 and I refuse to let that scale get to 200lbs. I love to help others try and lose weight!!
