    I go to the gym ...working in a group motivates me.

    Body Pump - Tues, Thurs, and Sat (Les Mills body pump, It's an hour of weight lifting working all muscle groups. Youtube it if you want to do it at home)
    Group Cycle - Thurs and Sat
    Jogging Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

    New Rules Girl here!
    I had been lifting some before starting New Rules but I still started with Stage 1.

    Here is an example of Stage 1:
    (I modified two of the exercises because I use my home gym and I don’t have all the equipment.)

    (Stage 1) Workout A
    Squats
    Push-ups
    Seated Row (I do bent over row)
    Step-Up
    Prone Jackknife

    (Stage 1) Workout B
    Deadlift
    Dumbbell shoulder press
    Wide grip lat pull down (I do upright row)
    Lunge
    Swiss ball crunch

    Alternate workouts 3 days a week: M-a, W-b, F-a, M-b, W-a, F-b

    There is a little more to it than that as far as the reps and sets but it gives you a good example.

    I occasionally do some cardio: Zumba (when my SIL can get me to go), or intervals on the treadmill. :) Good luck!

    I don't have access to a gym with weights, so I have been doing the You Are Your Own Gym workout, which uses body weight and common household objects. I'm 5 weeks in and have been very happy with my progress. There is a book, but I now 100% use the iPhone app.

    im to lazy to post mine its long and to much to type haha.. but check this out shows you how to do them right and its how i started out .. its amazing.. and who doesn't love Jamie eason :)
