I know it's been a great week when at the end of the week, I look at a pile of dirty laundry and I see ALL of my workout clothes, and find that they ALL smell like armpit.

I loved this!! My favorite is not seeing a change in the mirror but throwing on your running shoes anyway. I'm not a runner but I do workout everyday even though I haven't lost a single pound since starting!
