Just Starting and Need Tips!

I have been trying to loose the last 15 pounds of baby weight for a year and I need help. I am a mom of kids 5, 3, and 1 so I tend to make easy foods and their snacks. They love veggies ans fruits but me not so much. Corn and peas only but I am wiling to try recipes that hide veggies in. Ex: I put puree carrots in spaghetti. Fruits: strawberry, pineapple, banana I am cutting out ALL sodas. I am starting the gym and i have a work out machine at home. Any tips? Last time I lost some I ate a lot of turkey sandwiches and apple sauce. MFP only gives me 1200 calories for 1 lb a week and that is HARD for me. Any help?
