Hi everyone,
I'm just after peoples opinions as to what I should do. My family has been saying that I now look to skinny
I'm 161cm tall and currently weigh 46.3kgs. My BMI is underweight now too.
My problem is I still have some fat on my belly enough to get a roll over my pants. I''ve cut back my exercise but I'm still eating the same and have stopped counting calories but I'm continuing to lose weight.
Do you think that it's okay to keep losing since I still have belly fat or should I start eating more and try to not lose anymore.

Probably best to ask your doctor.
You could start focusing on lifting weights to gain more muscle. Eat more to supply the nutrients needed for muscle growth. Muslce weighs more so expect to go up. I'm guessing that adding muscle will help with the belly to have a more toned look.
take another look at the belly roll, is it really just skin? Everyone's going to have some sort of roll when they bend.0 -

Don't focus on losing weight but gaining muscle and toning. If it's truly "belly fat" not just skin, it should go away.0

I'm with Ladykate7 on this. Just go to the docs and explain what's happening and that people are getting concerned. It can't hurt!

From my experience, I'd say the cause for what you are experiencing is due to lack of protein and fat in your diet.0

I think you have the wrong mindset here. In short, I would suggest eating at maintenance or in a very small surplus and begin a proven resistance training program designed for linear progression. I've heard great things about NROLFW (New Rules of Lifting For Women). I know you're thinking it so the answer is, no, you're not going to bulk up and have all sorts of muscles popping out everywhere. Take a little time and read up on it.0
