Meal time dilemma

Options
I work a 9-5 job so usually have no problems sticking to the breakfast, lunch, dinner routine (ok, scratch breakfast but I'm working on it). In the new year I'll also be going to evening classes at my local college 2 nights a week from 6 till 9. Problem is, what do I do about my evening meal?

Option 1: Eat a bigger lunch and skip dinner but then risk being hungry by the end of the evening
Option 2: Eat when I get home at around 9.30
Option 3: Sneak food in and sit at the back of the class :bigsmile:
Option 4: .......no, I'm all out of ideas

For those who work irregular hours, how do you get round this?
