will help slim down my upper thighs! Especially the outsides ("saddlebags"). This is my biggest gripe with my body, I always feel as though my legs look awkward in jeans because of this. My lower thighs are relatively skinny, but I feel like my upper thighs is where ALL of my fat goes. Thanks!

    No spot removal.

Do cardio that burns the most calories. Perhaps those that won't encorage thigh muscle build. Swimming? Jump rope?

You can only lose bodyfat from everywhere

Overall body fat reduction is the ONLY answer.

Here are some good ideas for cardio: http://fitnesstrainerstogo.com/cardio/
And make sure you're eating right and doing resistance.

It'll happen for sure but never as fast as we want.

ok thanks everyone! So just more cardio. I do elliptical for 30 mins every workout, I may add stationary bike or treadmill for 30 mins as well.
  • Jillian Michal's Killer buns and thighs will work to tone that area

I have a similar build and cardio for fat loss and some circuit training is working for me. I run and do Jillian Michaels workouts so far. I still have the "saddlebags" but they are smaller (all of me is smaller) because my overall weight and fat loss.
