Dieting sucks.
Ice Cream makes everything better:
2 Scoops of Protein Powder
2 Eggs* Use Pasteurized Egg Products (IE Egg Beaters) in place of Raw Eggs to eliminate concerns about bacteria
1 Cup of Low Calorie Drink (Rasberry, etc)
1/2 Cup of Milk

Blend on high until it gets Fluffy (10 mins?).
Sprinkle of low calorie drink mix to accompany desired flavoring / swirl effect :)
Put in container and freeze overnight.

If you skip the eggs, it's creamy and equally good..

I needed more fats and a bit more protein for my macros and thus the ice cream version. The texture is a bit icy but very delicious -- enough that I had to share/make extra for my wife ;)

Also, you can use other ingredients like fresh fruit, peanut butter, etc to fit your macro goals

I am fairly certain freezing bacteria doesn't kill them, just makes them dormant until they thaw, then they start breeding like crazy.

Actually, now that I think about it your are probably right about the freezing not killing the bacteria.
    I've removed that remark.

Safe to use pasteurized egg products in place of the egg listed above (IE Egg Beaters)

I am not offended by raw egg. I believe the magic number is 196 if you must have cooked egg. If adding hot liquid to cold eggs the hot needs to be 238 degrees. So you could heat your protein / milk to 238 and then add it to the egg whites and you'd be 'safe'.
