I need to drop about 30 lbs.

The problem is that I am very stressed out. Im a 28 year old male that works 12 hour days with little time to eat right. Im attempting P90X again (which is awesome), but I can never finish it as I have peaks and valleys of stress at work. I need motivation to eat right during the stress and to keep working out daily regardless of my long days. Looking for friends and support. Thanks!
