hi!

I am new here.

I have always been overweight as far as I can remember.

Although I never let that bother me, now that I am 31 and trying to have a baby, i definatly need to face it and do something about it.

Looking at the number is daunting!

I have over 100 lbs to lose.

I am so glad I found this forum.

    Hi and Welcome ^_^

    I've been here about 2wks and LOVE IT (I will admit I bombed out this past weekend with the holidays but we;re back on track haha)

    It's a really great way to keep track of what you're eating and see how your exercise helps out - if you need a friend for support feel free to add me, I have between 70-80lb to loose so I understand how the numbers can be a bit overwhelming!!

    Welcome :) I am about 35kg over what I would like to be, and partner and I are hoping for children in the near future too. But I want to get really healthy first! Add me as a friend if you like - there is so much support in this little MFP community - I love it!
