Since MFP is a major part of my life I have to give credit where credit is due so far in this journey. I am not at my goal weight by any stretch but I am a lot closer to these fine people.
# 1 - My Wife - My love for her has grown so much even though prior to starting this 6 months ago she has always loved me for what I was and who I have become. She is very supportive, she changed her lifestyle as well and she motivates me daily with her comments and of course that "extra attention"
# 2 - My family / Friends in real life and on MFP - The majority of my family and my in laws have been very helpful to me and luckily I have inspired them to do the same thing.
# 3 - Co Workers / Management - The CEO / Owner of the company I work for and several employees have been monumental in this journey. Pointing it out frequently and congratulating me has been a huge boost for my confidence. Just last week an office co worker gave me a photo with a note from last years xmas party "LOOK HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME" and then wrote a motivating message.
# 4 - The Doubters, The Negative Ones, The You Cannot Do its - Yeah in my family, friends, MFP food diary nazi's and work environment there are some of those and I have to thank them as well because without their negativity and lack of support I would not be as motivated as I am to say "na na na na" and an extended middle finger....
Just thought I would gloat...
