I finally talked myself into walking on the treadmill. I walked for 37 minutes while reading a book and burned a nice 320 calories. It wasn't hard....I sweated, but I was just walking at a nice easy pace, I was lost in my book and I actually went over my original goal of 30 minutes so I could finish the chapter I was on. I don't know why I resist working out so much, a 30 minute walk is a piece of cake.

Really what flavor ? I think if that was the case we would all be skinny!
Eh, start with baby steps, then run.0 -
Once I get started I am so glad I did. I sort of fell off the exercise wagon for a couple weeks and when I finally made it back to the gym I could've kicked myself because I felt so good afterwards.0
