So today after reading some forums on here, I really started thinking about how many calories I could actually eat. On here it says 1,200. But to be honest I still get hungry... often. SO, I started looking up different calories counters for my size and what not and came up to this really cool one at:
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
even better you can click the 7 day calorie cycle (zig-zag) button and it tells you how many calories each day to eat, but it does provide the same amount of calories per week, but "tricks" your body by constantly changing daily calories. To which will trick your body by constantly changing the daily calories that helps prevent or break plateaus.
Hope all of y'all will be satisfied with it like I am, I am going to start using it.

I was just on that site yesterday. I am really considering zig-zagging my calories but I am going to wait until my winter break is over so I can count on a good daily burn plus exercise. The only thing I don't like about that calculator is there is no six workouts a week option.
Have you had success with zig-zagging?0 -
I love it! Thanks for posting!0

I have not zig zagged yet, but tomorrow is going to be my first day trying it. I am going to incorporate some exercise with it too. and I really do hope it works, I have heard a lot of people mention to try it.0

It does make sense, and I somewhat considered Christmas to be my high calorie day and downed my calories afterwards. I really want to try it, I just need to plan out my meals ahead of time I guess.0 -

Yeah that is a great idea. I am going to have it where my highest calorie day (on the zig zag for me it is 1,477) is either on a Friday or a Saturday since those are usually splurge days for me. You could always do your shopping weekly and plan everything out weekly. I play mine day by day. (well actually morning by morning.)0 -
