What kind of excersizes can I do that will make me lose more weight in my stomach, face, and butt quickly? Those are my most problematic places. Or any excersises that anyone has found to be very beneficial? thanks!

I think the overall is important - trying target specific spots doesn't really work. You can do a million situps but if you don't reduce the layer of fat over those abs they can't been seen. Cardio to burn those calories I feel is the best place to start - then start adding all the strength exercises. Don't over do it in the beginning - you will just burn out. To get results fast take an extra walk, dance an extra 30 minutes, take friends to the mall and walk laps....0

Cycling, swimming and jump rope is said to be one of the best forms of exercise.0

You can't spot burn. You have to get your heart rate up for about 20 min for a good overall burn0

As previously stated, you can not spot burn. You should include strength training from the beginning. I know a lot of people advocate starting off with cardio so you lose some fat first and then adding strength training later (if at all), but this is pretty backwards in my opinion. If you do a little research you'll discover that when you do cardio you not only burn fat, you also burn muscle mass. That'll decrease your metabolism in the long run, make you weaker and when you do reach your target weight you might not look as good as you'd hoped.0
