My journey has been amazing so far.. I am a little over halfway to my goal now... Starting weight 293. I just joined a gym today for the first time in my life... I am a little nervous but because of the weight loss the skin isn't going back like I would of hoped.. lol.. don't we all wish it were that easy... So I am going to have to work just a little harder

If you want to add images, you need to enclose the url between [-img] and [-/img] (but remove the - ...I had to put that in or it thinks I'm trying to add an image as well). If you click on "quote" under my post, you will see how I put your picture in.0 -

I started at 293 and now am 221. Still have a ways to go... I am 5'6 tall.. I just walked as far as exercise went.. Started off slow and picked up till I was at about 3 miles a day.. I drink a protein shake for breakfast, and do slim fast sometimes, also lean cuisines a lot. drinking a lot of water mixed with crystal light and no sodas or juices. If I cook I eat lean meats, and control portion sizes. lots of lowfat cottage cheese, sugar free pudding, popsicals, jello and salads no dressing just cottage cheese. Don't eat much bread..0

And getting a big black lab that likes to make me walk helped me more than anything to get motivated.
