Calorie Question

Options
Okay so MFP tells me I should eat 1200 calories a day minimum. Lately I eat about 1340 Calories and do about an hour of exercise to burn like 450 calories. I am in the green and have calories that I could still eat. Should I eat them or leave them?

    Options
    If you feel satisfied and not craving, don't eat them. If you have cravings ..take advantage of the calories.
