    First of all great job! Second I have noticed that on all the pictures that people post on here you see them before and no smiles....as they post the afters they start to get smiles and the more they lose the bigger the smile gets! Awesome job!

    HUGE Congratulations - how long did it take you?

    Any Tips?!?!

    It's been since about February. I started MFP about two months later. I guess the biggest thing I found was to forgive yourself for buggering it up once in a while. Also: Zumba rules.
    Amazing! You look phenomenal! How are you doing all of this? Have you hit any plateaus? Do you switch things up as you go, or has the same plan been working?

    The usual, now. It started when I needed gut surgery and they made me lose weight. Figured it'd be dumb to gain it back or maintain. Kind of snowballed, to be honest. I have hit ... numerous, NUMEROUS plateaus. I guess I've switched it up. I couldn't do much in the beginning considering my weight. I walked the dogs for 15 minutes at a time. Now that I'm not quite too scared to go to classes, I've been Zumba-ing, which has swiftly become my favorite. Once it opens in the new year I am going to join the gym and hopefully get into yoga and aqua-jogging and spin classes.
