I've had a muscle pain in my right calf for quite a while. I've tired to massage it and check for any tightness and I have started making my stretching routines longer before I workout. Nothing has seemed to help but I often feel like it may be related to some lower back pain I have. This lower back pain has been around since high school and I've had it checked several times. I do some yoga moves and stretches for the back pain but does anyone know anything I could do that would be helpful for my calf? I sometimes feel the pain in my right thigh too.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Katie,
Well stretching is the first thing, but that's not working. Next thing I would do is more calcium, potassium and protein. I would recommend 1 or 2 cinch shakes a day because they have all 3 of those ingredients. Or if you could get the calcium chews those would be great. Or if the first 2 don't work, just more milk and bananas.
The other thing I would say is wear supportive shoes, don't do heels.

Get a foam roller. The chemicals that cause soreness are bundle together and using a foam roller spreads them out so you are not sore. Beachbody offers them and UFC fighters use them. You can get one t Walmart for $20 or less. It is one of the best things for soreness. And if that doesn't work them you might want to check your diet
