Stupid Question about Smoothies

I know this may be a totally stupid question, but our nan made a cranberry, orange juice and honey smoothie, and I have no idea how I'd work out the cals. I mean, she blended fresh cranberries and added OJ and honey. Is it as simple as adding all the ingredients together? Am I just trying to complicate a simple thing?

No need to complicate it! Just estimate the amount of each ingredient and find the calorie count for those things. Voila!0
