Hi
Have only just found this site and already seems as though it may be some real help.
I am starting today, even though the house is full of all the christmas goodies but its now or never. I need to lose just over 4 stone but have very little motivation but dispise my size so that should be enough motivation I suppose.
I am a busy mum to 6 and a full time student doing my degree so don't have a lot of spare time but am aiming to do a few workouts on the wii before joining any classes as need a bit more confidence.
Looking forward to getting to sharing my journey with you :smile:

    Welcome! I'm new too, I think I've been a member now for little over a week :) I've been rubbish over the holidays, but I'm back at work this morning and raring to be fit and healthy! The success stories are inspirational and all those videos on YouTube titled Before and After etc. (just not those bodybuilding ones - not for me!)

    Good luck! And add me if you would like to, having friends to help you out through tough days will be a blessing :)
