I had two weeks of not weighing in. In that two weeks I had my cousin's wedding, a smorgosboard lunch and Xmas. I thought I'd maintain at best. Step on the scale tonight and I've LOST 1.4kg. Very happy! Apparently the first person to lose at Jenny Craig that day, which is always a good thing to hear!

I had my measurments updated again and I've lost 71cm off my body. This is the length of my arm!

Well Done, That's amazing. I tried to be really careful over Christmas (still one more family gathering to go) I put on 2lb. Not bad I suppose, but I was hoping to maintain my weight, rather than put on.

I lost 6lbs over the holiday season beginning the week of thanksgiving.

Weight loss is simple but hard.
Simple math but hard to factor in that one nerve scientists say don't exist but we all know is there: the nerve connecting our stomach to the heart.

My original weight loss journey which ended right before thanksgiving was the hardest challenge I ever faced. It took 2 years, and now I have set higher goals: peak fitness!

It takes a passion for health that trumps my love of fine food. And junk food....:smokin:
