I am so done with this topic.
All I will say is... I lost those 10 pounds OVER a month and a half ago now and never gained it back. I finished that particular meal plan and continued on my weight loss journey by eating healthy. I "hopped" back on the meal plan again for a few days because I had a blowout weekend because of my birthday and felt like losing another few pounds and again, this meal plan worked for me.
I have 8 pounds to go until I am at my goal weight, not just on the scales, but in inches too as I lost 7 inches all over since the beginning of January! Whatever I am doing is working for me, so I guess that's all that matters. Like I said in previous posts, I don't usually eat like this, but fell back on this meal plan again after my birthday blowout weekend :happy:0
