Need help with the Holiday weight!!

I have taken the initiative and stepped on the scale after three days of care free holiday (I stopped after XMAS but I refused to get on the scale since then)... And I am up four pounds. I wanted to know if anyone had any tips for me to get those stubborn four pounds off. I have my calorie goal at 1,250 for me to lose 1 pound per week. But, is there any tips that I should follow to help lose that weight?

    Just keep doing what you were doing before and it will come back off. It's mostly just water weight.
