Hi MFP, I joined about a month ago and have made a few friends but am looking for those of you who are super active, very supportive and are looking for a friend who will do the same in return. I have a goal to get down to 225 by November 2012 to run a Thanksgiving Day 5K. I have seen some amazing results from people and I know this is a good environment with people who are on the same journey as me. Shoot me a friend request and lets make 2012 the year of BETTER HEALTH !!!!
