Hey everyone I am new here my name is Angie, 26 yrs old and I am happily married with 2 boys ages 7 & 3!
They are my world and my husband makes that world go round <3
I started my LIFESTYLE change to weight-loss of 43lbs total on Nov 3rd and lost 14lbs in the first 6 weeks and have suddenly for the past 2 weeks been on a halt, I went from 173 down to 160 and for 3 or so days I was even 159! I am looking to be 130 by March/April... I was successful with my first month of a goal of a 10lb loss each month which is a good goal Im guessing but just only happened for me for 1 month -_- I am using the Lose It! app for calorie tracking and I am a pretty active person I attend 4 gym classes a week (2 Zumba and 2 Step-Kick) and I seem to burn ALOT! Almost more than I consume in food but I am still new to all this, of sorts and am struggling to do this right? I am also Hypothyroid and it's got me worried that that's whats holding me back losing more... I also work out after my classes for 30-45 mins 4 nights a week... sometimes throw a few more in for the weekend if I make it to the gym...
I don't plan on changing anything Im doing back to the way they used to be (eating and eating more than I should and not counting my calories) I am determined to stick with this and all but I am kind of down that nothings budging on the scale...
Friends tell me they see me lose inches, I can tell too but weight wise there's not been a change in over 2 weeks!!!
Aside from that they also tell me I am changing my fat into muscle and that it weighs more so therefore no number changes...
Grrrrrr -_-

Anyways looking fwd to meeting some new people here with some words of wisdom!
