I need more sleep

There is a correlation between my getting healthier (diet, exercise) and needing more sleep, especially in the morning. I'm not sure why that is. I'm going to bed fairly early, and not having any problem getting to sleep (granted, I do take a small dose of generic Ambien). But now I feel compelled at 6:30, when the alarm goes off, to re-set it for 7:30.

    The way I do it is to keep my body into a routine, so make yourself go to bed at the exact same time every night, then you want to wake up at your set time as hard as it may be... Your body will then get used to it after time and you will find that you will actually naturally wake up at that time and feel refreshed. its a matter of training your body
