Questions on My Cathe Rotation for January

Here are the ones on the rotation I don't have,. along with what I thought I could substitute for it:

Pure Strength Legs & Abs (Slow & Heavy Legs & Shoulders)
Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps (Slow & Heavy Chest & Back)
Pure Strength Back, Biceps, & Abs (Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps)

This series uses one week of Gym Styles, one week if Pyramids, one week of 4DS, and then the Pure Strength above. Opinions welcome! I have mostly everything else from Cathe except STS.

    Slow & Heavy is a completely different beast than Pure Strength .... but after all those high rep weeks, it might be a good idea. Otherwise you could repeat the 4DS week ....
    I'm a Cathe fan, but only have her Body Blast Series and a few other workouts.

    Gym styles or 4DS is most like Pure strength, in that you completely finish up one body part before moving on to the next... So I'd repeat one of those.
