Article on obesity and noting the influences of exercise, genetics, various diets, etc.
Highlights: There may be a genetic link to obesity. Starvation diets make you put the pounds back on, the program--Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, you choose does not matter nearly as much as the formula of Less caloric intake + exercise = weight loss. Many of the findings will be of the "well duh" category, but it is always nice to have medical data to back up your results.
An anecdotal story of calorie counting also helps bolster the need for programs like MFP.
