Hey guys,

I come from the most unhealthy city in the most unhealthy country in Europe, and at 28, over 300lbs and already type 2 diabetic I am well on my way to cemeting my place in our shameful legacy. I've buried my head in the sand for too long hoping my problems would remedy themselves and the inevitable would never be. I'm not willing to play Russian Roulette with my health any longer. I've heard good things about this site and the support that is available. Hopefully you can make room for one more?

    I would also be interested in speaking to any diabetics who have tried the 600cal diet or 30 day Raw system.
