After a rough couple of months during which I denied myself almost NOTHING, I put on enough weight to where my pants felt tighter than ever, and let's just say I had to wiggle to get in and out of them more than usual. I've been much more disciplined the last few days, and already I'm seeing results! That's good, right? Problem is, whenever I start making progress, I slip and tell myself I'm entitled to an indulgence here and there. It adds up, then BOOM, right back at square one. So I'm coming to you for your advice on how to avoid self-sabotage. How do you keep the momentum going in the right direction once you start to see a bit of progress?

If a little indulgence is getting out of control, wait until you have more control of your lifestyle. Then you can be a bit freer with it. Give yourself a chance... When I first started, I didn't eat anything that I wasn't suppose to and then POOF I started dropping like crazy. I now have LOTs of new clothes because the old ones literally fell off. Give it a chance! :-)
