Okay so I won tickets to this New Years Eve party. I am new in town and dont have any friends. I was thinking about just going stag. Is that pathetic? Who else would go stag? Who wouldnt?

    well bummer.. if i had a round trip to FL I'd go with you!!! I canceled on my date and will probably do something with family but would rather PARTY. :sad:

    haha oops to answer your question.. I'm not sure if I'd go by myself honestly. It'd be scary.. maybe get there and down some shots then it won't be so scary???

    If I wanted to go out and do something I would have no issue with going alone.
    Could be fun and maybe you might make some new friends.
    If it is dull or the folks there are not your type then can easily leave. :smile:

    Don't feel as if its pathetic. Go Stag. Your single and ready to mingle. What a way to bring in the new year but with a confident persona and who knows you can meet Mr. Right.....or Mr. Right now lol

    You're looking good. I'd get that "little black dress" and show it off. Who knows, you might meet someone. I'd probably have to have a glass of wine (or two) first, but I would go.

    I go to a lot of events by myself. You can meet friends there! Some of my best friends are people that I met going out alone. I am going stag to a couples NYE dinner so do it up! Have fun!

    If you're going alone, please don't get hammered by yourself. It's not a good idea around strangers, but go and enjoy a few drinks. Mingle. Get a taxi home. Have fun!

    I would SOOOOOOO go alone! But then again I can have a great time when I am by myself because I don't have to worry if the other person is having a good time or if they are ready to go...you know, stuff like that. Girl put your best dress on and have a good time! I am sure you will meet some people and it will totally be worth it!
