Vitamins/Supplements

I just have a few questions regarding vitamins. I take Women's One a Day - Metabolism and I think they do a pretty adequate job. I was reading up about this last night, sometimes my heart will race very fast for no reason (I think it is anxiety, it is usually caused by me rushing or exerting myself). Anyways, these people were saying that they took magnesium and iron supplements, and this greatly helped these heart races and palpitations to subside. Also, I can remember, when I was younger, I had to go to the hospital because I would get the odd feeling as though I were in a dream, it is hard to explain. It used to happen a lot. Almost like I was drunk but I obviously wasn't. I felt like I was observing life as a dream. I now realize this may be because I have low iron levels in my blood, and could connect to my problems now. My boyfriend always tells me these extra supplements are not necessary, but I have got to wonder. Should I spend the money on the supplements? Thanks.

I take several different ones.. I'm 55 male me and the wife have noticed how much my hands and feet skin have improved since taking supplements. The best way I can explain it is my hands and feet looked old, spots. maybe aging spots like most old men would get as they age. I'm here to say we can not believe how much my skin has improved. The feet and hands look 20 years younger no kidding.. we both have been amazed.. so I'm a supplement kind of guy...try what works for you..

PS Blood Pressure better than perfect I take no medication of any kind..
