Here is a link to a website I found to calculate your strength training workout. I just did 4 minutes of planks today, and I wanted to know what it was.

Looks like a neat sight. Did you have to join to use it? I tried to use the P90X area but it said I must be a member to "Use this plan." I have no HRM so I am curious about the P90X burn but obviously it is going to vary greatly from individual to individual and even day to day for the same individual depending on intensity.0
