Controlling the Night Munchies Monster

I do quite well during the day. I eat fairly healthy and stay within calories, get a little exercise in and drink my water...but then 8:00 or 9:00pm hits and I get the munchies! BIG TIME! Any suggestions for curbing night time cravings?
