I just ordered some called DESSERT from GNC in banana cream flavor. I didn't check the carbs, though. I probably should have (eek)!0

I made a video vlog entry with the ones I use. I have different ones for the level of workout I put in.

I personally like optimum nutrition's 100% whey protein gold standard - I can't remember numbers but I did a fair bit of research cause I wanted a low Cal / low carb one
I found that those targeting women tend to be high in the flavour (read: sugar) and carb departments, and not really worth it for the smaller packaging and the "added nutrients" - you should be getting those from your diet, and if you're not, there's more effective ways of getting them0 -

I like Dymatize Nutrition. Each serving has about 6 carbs and 20+ grams of protein. My favs are chocolate peanut butter and strawberry creme. This company has many, many flavors, but the two mentioned are my favorites. I will also use the vanilla blending it with fresh fruit for a smoothie.0

Body Fortress has only 4 grams of carbs (I think).0

Isopure Zero Carb by Nature's Best from GNC. 0 carbs. :happy:0

There's quite a few that come to mind that are good. Gaspari Nutrition, Biotest, BN, Optimum Nutrition, etc. My favorite is definitely Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard 100% Whey. It's good quality, yes there's a difference in quality, and if you order on-line from Bodybuilding.com it's very affordable; it works out to like $0.68 serving. Which if you compare that to most it's really cheap. I've tried their Cookies and Cream, Rocky Road, Double Rich Chocolate, and Extreme Chocolate. For me at least, Rocky Road is the BEST and it has a better chocolate flavor then any of the others. Cookies and Cream is actually very very good. The other two I tried don't have as good of a chocolate flavor as the Rocky Road, go figure...
Edit: The Rocky Road has 3grams of carbs per serving and the others are like 4grams I think. I've done lots of low-carb (35grams or less) and had no trouble staying within range while consuming other foods.0 -
