New year

Usually around this time of year, I get to the whole new years resolution way of thinking. "this year, I'll lose weight." "this year, i'll exericse every day." "this year, i'll be more organised."

It hasn't happened yet.

As much as I want to do all these things this year, I think if i label them resolution, they'll never get done. So, I start in the morning. 2 days before the new year. It will be an old habit, not a new resolution.

anyone want to join me with an old habit??

I started a couple of my old resolutions, too, a few days early. Maybe that four day head start will give me the momentum to breeze through the New Year and on to succcess?

I ignore the new year resolution because I am unlikely to follow through all year. However, doing a month at a time is helpful for me.

I started last March. If you are looking for a fitness friend feel free to add me. Good luck along your journey :flowerforyou:
