I am lactose intolerant so I am unable to drink milk, eat cheese, yogurt, or dairy of any kind. I am looking for ideas on meals that I can have that are healthy and filling without having to worry about getting sick from dairy.

Almond milk works really well in place of milk in lots of recipes.
Otherwise, any combinations of protein and veggies work great. Dairy is definitely not mandatory.0 -
