Trying this again

I joined this site a year ago and stuck with it a little while before my motivation gave out. I want to try and use it more as winter hits and I going into my 30s. I haven't used this community section before, so I hope to find good friends and motivation.

I find there are too many diets. My goal is to just concentrate on logging what I eat and working out. Anyone have good supplement foods for cheez-its? :) that will be a hard one.
