Useful exercises I can do at home? Esp. arm workouts

Hey, I apologise if someone has mentioned this as a post before, but I was wondering if people had any tips of exercises that can be done around the house, as I cannot afford the gym. Exercises that are beneficial (I know walking helps, but I want something that will get my heart going a bit faster than walking)
Although I'd be grateful for any exercises recommended, I'm looking especially for exercises for my arms, the triceps, need to shift these bingo wings in the making!
Thank you

Here are a few things:
Push ups even if you start out on your knees or if that is too hard do it against a wall
Chair dips will work your triceps Or you can do this on the floor in a bridge position
Lunges and squats using your own body weight
For squats you can do regular and sumo
Lunges you can do front, back and side
Plank
Chair squat with a shoulder raise if you don't have hand weights use soup cans
Triceps kick backs
I didn't put this in any specific order just brain stormed0 -
Thanks so much, I'll give them a go, and let you know how I get on with them!0
