Period cycle and exercise observation (female TMI)

I started working out (again) the week of Thanksgiving. It had been over a year since I had last worked out. I've noticed that my cycles have gone from 33-35 days to 27-28 days since I started exercising again. Has anyone else noticed such a drastic change in their cycles?

I LOVE your babywearin picture. I used to run a home based business making and selling baby carriers and got my start at Diaper Swappers. I love the mei tei but, found that an Onbu was my carrier of choice. Oh, i miss babywearing.
Next topic, I won't say that it is workout related but, I recently sucked it up and got on teh pill and I have had my period like five freaking tkimes this last two months and I'm not having fun anymore!!!!!!

5 times in two months? Geez! I hope they're light, at least. When I was on NuvaRing, my periods were so light, and it was nice. Now that I'm off, it sucks.
I love babywearing! I tell new mommas to try it, especially when they want to know what to do for exercise right after having the baby. Just carrying that extra 10-20 pounds everywhere is a workout in and of itself, and it keeps the baby near you so they're happy and content. Of course you know that already!I love my mei tei, as it doesn't make me as hot as the Moby did.

I stopped taking my pills and my cycle has stopped. (No, I am not pregnant.)
In the last 10 weeks, all I got was a couple days of spotting, and that's it.
The doc said it was no big deal, so I'm happy.0
