Hello,
I started MFP on 12/18/2011 and have lost 6 pounds already. In the beginning of 2011, I lost 20 pounds on a different program but ended up putting it all back on when I stopped watching what I was eating. I am trying to get used to this program and I have started going back to the gym. I feel great so far but really need support. My boyfriend joined me this time so I feel great making low calorie dinners with him but I need all the support I can get. It is really great that everyone here knows what I am going through and I can feel a sense of community!
The thing that is hardest to get used to is counting the calories. When one banana is over 100 calories, I feel really strained to eat all the fruits and veggies I need but still not feel like I am deprived. Any suggestions?
