For those of you who are freaking out because of the weight you gained over the holidays.
For those of you who are just starting your journey and are worried.
For those of you who just stepped on the scale and it was more than you expected.
For those of you who looked in the mirror and didnt like what you see.
For those of you who feel a little less sexy today.

I like that! And good timing. My parents sent me their photos from Christmas. The first one or two, I thought, "Oh, that's a bad picture." By the third one I had to face the fact that it wasn't a bad photo-- it's what I look like. I freaked out for a bit, and then decided to use it as a motivator. I am taking a photo from 3 years ago (pre-illness) and one from Christmas to help me stay focused. I won't post it on the fridge or anything, but I think I'll keep it in my nightstand. I intend to get back to being healthy and slim, and will do it one step at a time. :-)0

And ugh I know what you mean. I felt the same about my christmas photos. Probably took about 300 with the family and only liked about 10. But its okay. I know what I want and I am staying focused)
