I am going to give it a try...mostly because I have gotten horrible with sweets and am addicted to refind sugar. My cousin says Phase 1 should kick my habit. But it will also kick my butt I'm sure. LOL I'm already having withdraws and its my first day! LOL

if that's the 40% carbs 30% fat 30% protein yeah I shot for those numbers for a while, besides that I did nothing in the "diet" I shoot for my macros and do what I want for my workouts. Give the sugar a week and you should spot a difference if you don't give in. I have to work on the diet soda there myself, been pretty free with consumption lately and need to cut back.0
