Any South Beachers?

I am going to give it a try...mostly because I have gotten horrible with sweets and am addicted to refind sugar. My cousin says Phase 1 should kick my habit. But it will also kick my butt I'm sure. LOL I'm already having withdraws and its my first day! LOL
Anyone else try this?

    if that's the 40% carbs 30% fat 30% protein yeah I shot for those numbers for a while, besides that I did nothing in the "diet" I shoot for my macros and do what I want for my workouts. Give the sugar a week and you should spot a difference if you don't give in. I have to work on the diet soda there myself, been pretty free with consumption lately and need to cut back.
