So this year, I was thinking instead of making a blanket New Year's resolution that I would make a mini resolution for each month of the year. Simpler to achieve, and I stand a better chance of making them life long habits. I plan to start in January by making myself get up at 5am everyday, including weekends, to work out. I just don't do that enough. Then, maybe for February, I was thinking of working on reducing my sugar intake. What do you guys think of that idea?

I think smaller reasonable goals are a great was to acheive somethin you want.and in doimg so makes you able to acheive the next set with more confidence. I like to set small goals, they impower me to do the bigger stuff.one day at a time. Making out one list with multipl componant can get ovre whelming and lost.so for me mini resolutions may be the better way to acheive small goals and increase my confidence. I say try it it cant hurt right.0
