One Week Down

and WTF! I didn't lose anything!!!!! I stuck to my diet like white on rice and I did cardio for 40 min. for 4 days this week and weight training twice.
I know, I know, a lot of the changes that are happening are internal in my body and the outside stuff won't start changing for a couple weeks but I couldn't lose one tiny little pound!
I did lose a half inch on my waist and hips so that helps but man, I was hoping for a little more motivation.
